Marketing Coordinator

Due to continued growth, Innovair are seeking a motivated, creative and forward-thinking individual to join their team as an Marketing Coordinator. 


Joining a rapidly expanding company and high performing team, you will be expected to support the positioning of Innovair within its markets, building our brand profile and boosting brand awareness through development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the overall marketing requirements in the company’s daily operations, including projects, promotions, and media campaigns.

  • To coordinate and arrange mailings, projects, and special events.

  • To research, develop, and report on new marketing data in order to ensure management can develop the appropriate marketing direction.

  • To help to develop new materials used for presentations, reports, correspondence, and proposals.

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns in-line with marketing and sales strategies, plans, and objectives;

  • Support the company in writing and executing the annual plans as well as any ad-hoc projects, ensuring campaigns focus on core messages to deliver growth.

  • Maintain promotional materials inventory, maintain databases and prepare reports.

  • Develop & prepare content for marketing literature, social media and website.

  • Coordinate requirements for graphics, animations, video and other media formats to maximise company visibility within target markets through innovative and engaging material.

  • Create & implement media plans designed to meet campaign objectives within budget constraints

  • Manage the online (website, app and social) content across the company's digital channels.

  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

  • Undertake any other duties or projects as directed by your line manager such as research projects

  • You should have excellent computer skills and be competent in the use of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Having high attention to detail and accuracy, you will have the ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.

  • Good oral and written communication skills with respect for confidentiality.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well in stressful situations.

  • The role requires a methodical and flexible approach and the personal motivation to perform your role to the highest standards.

  • Always punctual, flexible and responsive in how you conduct your work.

Desirable Experience

  • Degree Qualified in a relevant subject i.e. Marketing, Communications or similar; or be able to demonstrate capability through relevant industry experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have a focus on Digital and proven experience in sales, promotions, marketing, and/or advertising.

  • Experience in photoshop or video editing.
