Innovair gains EVLOS permission
Innovair is delighted to have had its operational safety case for extended visual line of sight (EVLOS) for unmanned aircraft (up to 20Kgs) approved by the Civil Aviation Association (CAA). This will enable us to support our clients more efficiently on projects, covering larger areas safely in a reduced number of flights. As a business we are continually looking to develop our operational capability and are committed to working alongside regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and the safe use of drone technology.
To gain this permission, Innovair required to submit a Volume 3 Operational Safety Case to the Civil Aviation Association. Only after review and input from their technical team was Innovair granted the permission. Innovair will be using the EVLOS operation on some high profile projects this summer.
